A leading Contact Centre solutions provider, has partnered with Intellexi for over four years. Together, we've been working on several successful projects like Brix, an Integration–Platform–as–a–Service solution that allows Avaya to easily integrate its core systems with any existing software solutions already used by the customers. Or the Austrian Ministry of Finance, where we helped build a new multi-channel Contact Centre solution that allows their agents to use CRM applications and contact support solutions they already used.

We tackled the entire landscape, from CRM and Billing to Workforce and Service Management, with the minimum impact on ongoing operations.

One of the most famous wireless communications brand, was expanding into LATAM and needed to integrate its mobile virtual network solution within the existing mobile network operator.
